Return Policy

In the event that you wish to return your NUCU product(s), please bring your piece(s) back for a refund to the original place of purchase, if purchased in-store. For orders placed through NUCU.com, please email customerservice@nucu.com to submit your request for a return/refund, and you will be contacted within 24 hours. Please provide your contact information, and a representative will reach out to refund your transaction. All NUCU product returns will be at no cost to you.

If you are returning damaged material, please provide photographs of the damage when submitting your return request.

Failure to follow the care and use instructions will invalidate any return request. Additionally, heavily used/home-damaged product will be evaluated prior to issue of a refund.

In the case of defective material, please have all product returned to The Vollrath Company for further inspection. A call tag will be issued and a representative from UPS/FedEx will retrieve it from your residence.
